1. Data We Collect

When you use ExecProfile.ai, we collect the following information:

  • Email address — used to send your verification code and report access link.
  • LinkedIn profile URL — used as the input for our research agents to identify the subject.
  • IP address — logged for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
  • Usage data — anonymized analytics (via PostHog) covering page views and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate the ExecProfile.ai service:

  • Email is used for OTP delivery and report access. We do not send marketing emails.
  • LinkedIn URLs are passed to third-party data providers (Exa, PDL) as part of the research pipeline.
  • IP addresses are used for security purposes only and are not shared with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Raw agent output and scan data are automatically purged after 30 days. Generated reports are accessible for 24 hours after a paid unlock, then deleted. Email addresses are retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention, then purged.

4. Third-Party Services

ExecProfile.ai uses the following sub-processors:

  • Exa AI — web search and profile research.
  • People Data Labs (PDL) — professional data enrichment.
  • Anthropic — AI analysis and synthesis.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We do not store card data.
  • PostHog — anonymized analytics.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Under GDPR Article 17, you may request erasure of your data at any time. To exercise these rights:

  • Use our Data Removal form to submit an erasure request.
  • We will process your request within 30 days.

6. FCRA Notice

ExecProfile.ai is not a consumer reporting agency and the information we provide does not constitute a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our service must not be used as a factor in any decision regarding employment, credit, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
