1. Data We Collect

When you use ExecProfile.ai, we collect the following information:

  • Email address — used to send your verification code and report access link.
  • LinkedIn profile URL — used as the input for our research agents to identify the subject.
  • IP address — logged for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
  • Report and payment records — research results, access permissions, and payment references used to deliver your report.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate the ExecProfile.ai service:

  • Email is used for OTP delivery and report access. We do not send marketing emails.
  • LinkedIn URLs are passed to Sixtyfour for public profile research. Research results are processed by Anthropic to produce the report.
  • Security and operational data are processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to run and protect the service.

3. Data Retention

Paid report access lasts 24 hours after purchase. Expiry of access does not automatically delete the underlying research, account, or payment records. You can request removal using the form below; requests are reviewed before data is deleted. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

ExecProfile.ai uses the following sub-processors:

  • Sixtyfour — public profile research.
  • Anthropic — AI analysis and synthesis.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We do not store card data.
  • Supabase — database storage.
  • Upstash — job delivery, temporary storage, and abuse prevention.
  • Resend — verification and transactional email.

5. Privacy Requests

You can request access, correction, or removal of your personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location.

  • Use our Data Removal form to submit an erasure request.
  • Submitting a request does not immediately delete a profile or report.

6. FCRA Notice

Our service is intended for personal informational use and must not be used as a factor in any decision regarding employment, credit, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
