Our service aggregates public records, news articles, court documents, and professional data to generate informational reports. Reports are provided for personal due diligence purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT use ExecProfile.ai:

• As a factor in employment decisions, including hiring, promotion, or termination.
• As a factor in credit, lending, or financing decisions.
• As a factor in housing or rental decisions.
• As a factor in insurance underwriting or eligibility decisions.
• For any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• To harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension and may expose you to legal liability.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

ExecProfile.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in our reports. Our reports are generated by AI systems processing publicly available data and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions. ExecProfile.ai expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of report content.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExecProfile.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report content. 5. Report Access and Refunds

Purchased reports are accessible for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Given the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased report, contact support@execprofile.ai within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by ExecProfile.ai are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without written permission from ExecProfile.ai.
